Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
